A Topsy Turvy Whimsical Whoville Grinch cake class

Looking for a class that is different?  Well, here it is and just in time for the Holidays!

Learn how to construct a three tier topsy turvy cake straight from Whoville.  Whimsical in nature, the cake is adorned with the old Grinch himself with sugarpaste snowflakes topping this spectacular cake!  Sugarpaste Whoville characters, ornaments, Christmas trees designed to create this adorable Christmas party cake.  So come join in the fun and create your own Christmas Cake in Whoville!

Class fee for ICES members is $175 early registration, or $200 at the door. 

Class fee for non-members is $200 early registration and $225 at the door.  Early registration ends November 7th.

Cynthia has been doing cakes for about 19 years.  She had a bakery/cafe for 2-1/2 years.  After she sold the bakery, she started teaching.  She loves sharing her knowledge and giving people the tools they need to develop their creativity.
